Great formula and a greater price point
I had to shop this one hard. Dr. Berg had a great video on the need for tocotrienols when supplementing Vitamin E, and this formula fits the bill perfectly. The high-quality liquid capsules are excellent, and the packaging ensures they arrive intact without breaking in shipping. Of the many supplements I take, this one has unexpectedly had the greatest positive effect on my sleep at night. I didn't necessarily take it for that purpose, but I certainly can't argue with the results!
