This is the third version of African Mango I've taken. I can say it reduces my appetite, and I personally don't feel hungry in the evening. I take two capsules 40 minutes before lunch.
African mango extract is beneficial for weight loss. If it helps, I'll recommend it.

I have been taking this for over 5 years..keeps me bikini ready and even now at age 57. 😉 Vitacost’s formula is effective and more economical. I take one twice daily - around 9 am and around 5 pm. It also helps me stay on track with my intermittent fasting.
