I have been using Vitacost vitamins for years. I’m glad they’re available in both places. My husband and I are in our 60s and we take a lot of supplements cause you really can’t eat enough in order to supply your body with the right amount of vitamins and minerals. Collagen type 1 & 2 help with your skin. Older people have skin issues and as you get older it gets worse. You also should take collagen type three.
I chose this product because it combines collagen types 1 and 3 with vitamin C in tablet form, so there’s no powder to scoop or mix into drinks. The tablets are fairly large, which isn’t surprising for a collagen supplement, but I find them manageable when taken separately with plenty of water. It's collagen like any other brand. However this one is for a very good price. The pills are easy to swallow and the quality seems great. I'll have to test it for a longer period to say for sure.
I took it during the promotion, it's hard to assess the effect because you have to take it for a long time. We'll see.
