I have taken over 4 or 5 different brands of GSE. I have taken different dosages ranging from 100-400 mg daily. I find that 400 mg is too potent and gives me too much energy but 200 mg is the perfect dosage for me to get benefits without getting any adverse effects. The capsules are 5 star quality, the price is great and the benefits it gives are unreal. This is a true game changer

Small and easy to swallow. It doesn't say French grapes so I am not sure how good it is. I have since read that all studies were done on French grape seeds. I do feel more energy but i also started 2 other supplements. My blood pressure also dropped but that is most likely from the peppermint oil. Who knows. The price was good and they seem fresh
Grape seed is rich in nutrients, and I think it's great to have the convenience of obtaining these ingredients in a capsule from a quality brand. I liked the product; it provides a good antioxidant effect.
