Syngery's Mega EFA + CoQ10 combines 2 great nutrients in 1 simple easy to swallow capsule . The EFAs can gotten from cold water fish such as tuna but eating fish daily quickly becomes monotonous. I take EFAs because it helps to lubricate the joints and alleviate inflammation. CoQ10 is for heart health. It is used by the cardiac mitochondria to help produce energy in the form of ATP. CoQ10 is somewhat expensive compared to other nutrients but Synergy's formula is the best and the least expensive for the amount in each capsule. P.S.
