I have been consuming this daily, but personally, I don't like it because it isn't as strong as raw garlic, and I don't even feel like it contains any of the beneficial compounds found in garlic.
This garlic is like a quick fix for the body. It helps at the first signs of a cold, cleanses the body of parasites when combined with walnuts, and supports the immune system. And bingo!!! There's no odor after taking this garlic, not even a single one! I believe garlic is a dietary supplement that doesn't require a doctor's consultation and can be taken on its own.

Truly odourless! You'll love it. This is great to add to any anti-inflamation supplements you may be taking. I love garlic, but it does become anti-social when other's don't like the smell, so this pill is great.
