I think I can trust the quality. I was a bit surprised by the large container size when I received it, as it contains only magnesium malate. Since magnesium offers a wide range of benefits—ranging from the nervous system to hormones, sleep, muscles, and joints—I am currently taking it in combination with magnesium bisglycinate. I purchased it to supplement magnesium, which is an essential mineral for the body and might be lacking in my diet, but now I feel like I can't live without supplements.
