It copes with its function almost immediately, I take it at night together with other amino acids. Almost immediately I feel the desire to sleep. The previous magnesium was with a lower dosage. This one is better.
I do not like that when you dissolve it the citric taste remains at the bottom always, it is hard to swallow it.
This helps me fall asleep and stay asleep longer. It doesn't work like a sleeping pill but makes you more relaxed. I feel the quality is good and fast absorbing because it's in a powder form. Magnesium glycinate is the way to go.
