Alpha GPC, Cognitive Support, 60 Capsules (300 mg per Capsule)

I take enough supplements already, so I appreciate that these Alpha GPC capsules aren’t huge. I usually have mine with breakfast and there’s no weird taste afterward. The 300 mg per capsule is what caught my attention, and I’m happy with the quality so far.

I have the impression that supplements containing α-GPC are expensive, but I'm happy that this one is reasonably priced. The capsules are a bit large, which is a slight drawback, but I still give it to my growing children.

I ordered this because research suggested that this ingredient promotes the secretion of growth hormone. I don't know if it will make me taller, but I heard that taking it in the morning makes you feel refreshed. Now that my exams are over, I'm trying to take it after dinner before bed to see if it works.

I used this supplement with L-tyrosine and it was a very nice mix and increased focus.

I take it to cover some medicine induced choline defficiencies. I do reccomend it.
