I’ve been using it for several years now. It works for me. The hot flashes go away. I take 2 capsules at once, once a day. I recommend it for menopause.

I bought it because of its excellent ingredients. I don't feel any noticeable effects. Perhaps because I don't have severe symptoms like hot flashes, for example. But I believe this supplement definitely has a positive effect on my health. The packaging is attractive. The capsules are medium-sized. They don't cause any problems swallowing. I haven't had any allergies either. I think I should take a three-month course.
