I’ve been using this for a couple weeks and I notice when I remember to take it I have less food noise and reach for sweets less. With the other form of berberine I didn’t notice any difference. Wish the cost wasn’t quite as high.
It is a good product, not a placebo, in its best form for absorption. It also lowers blood pressure, so people with hypotension should be careful.

It took a couple days to notice the difference, but my food noise is completely gone! The capsules are easy to swallow. I take them firts thing in the morning.
Berberine is beneficial on so many levels (microbiome, blood sugar, metabolism etc) but I can get low blood sugar or crashes on it. Not with this quality. It makes all the difference. Very good.
I really like this type of berberine, it's is much more bioavailable for our bodies, and works through an added molecule, that helps us digest it better and brings it back to full berberine and out bodies absorb almost all of it, where as regular berberine is tough and we only absorb maybe 4-10% of it.
Perfect! I especially like the packaging and the quality of the product. It seems that the ingredients promote better absorption. I will probably buy it again. The only problem I find is that you have to take it half an hour before meals and sometimes I miss it. Other than that I believe it is the best form of berberine available and the size is perfect.
