For the ingredients offered on this men's multivitamin, I can say it's one of the best out there now considering the price paid. The pills are easy to swallow too and only 2 are needed unlike other brands.
They are very good multi vitamins but the packaging is very deceptive and the price now is more for less. I don't like paying more for something and getting less. The container could hold 5 times the amount but is only a fifth full. It is a total waste of plastic. Very sad
