These chews were delicious and in an easily accessible container. I did a more relaxed state when taken consistently. They help me unwind, but i don't immediately fall asleep. I do wish they sold a larger supply size. The chews themselves were soft and had a great taste as well.
It really helps me relax, clear my mind, let go of all the stress from the day, and feel more peaceful. I always feel so much better afterwards, and it helps me sleep deeply and wake up feeling refreshed.
As someone who does get anxiety i take two before bed and i usually fall asleep quicker and have a better quality of sleep.

They taste great without being overly artificial, and I’ve found they help take the edge off stressful days without making me feel drowsy or sluggish. After taking them consistently for a couple of weeks, I noticed I felt calmer and more relaxed, especially in the evenings. I ordered them because of the good ingredients! But I can’t eat them, they taste really bad. The smell is also not pleasant. Maybe this is just me, because taste is different but it’s not good. Packaging is cute tough.
I love lemme products, especially this and the chill. They do work for me, I take one before bed to calm me down.
