A great pine bark extract option! I've been wanting to try this product for a while and chose Vitacost. It's a good dosage—100 mg per capsule, and 300 capsules in a bottle will last you a year. The capsules are small, odorless, and tasteless, making the powder slightly tart. You can sprinkle the capsules on food or juice without reducing the effect.
