Easy to take and much better than swallowing pills — the wild blueberry taste is pleasant, though a bit sweet. I didn’t notice dramatic changes, but energy feels slightly more stable with regular use. A good everyday option if you prefer gummies, just keep the sugar content in mind.

This is the first daily multivitamin I've been able to get my husband to take. He loves the taste and that they're gummy vitamins. It also helps that the size of the gummies are convenient. I like these gummies I just wish they wouldn’t use methylated b vitamins as I am sensitive to them and they cause me problems
The quality of the package is good and it’s a huge size in terms of this type of products and I think it contains all the right ingredients and I did see my husband take it daily, but he doesn’t like it very much and it’s a little too sweet for his age
