My daughter made this and the first bowl I so delicious, i was sure there was a mistake. We must have the wrong box... Checked and no, it was the gluten-free vegan Mac and cheese. This is outstanding. It was outrageously creamy and cheesy for vegan Mac and cheese

Small amount compered to other brands but high quality ingredients, great taste
I liked this more than I expected. It was very easy to make and tasted good, although I wanted a bit more cheddar flavor. I added some hot sauce and that made it much better for me. Next time I'll also use a little less plant milk so the sauce comes out thicker. I recommend using a thicker plant-based milk, such as soy milk or a good-quality oat milk, to give the sauce more body.
