I really liked this shampoo because it cleans very well without drying out my hair. After several uses, I noticed my hair was softer, less frizzy, and had a natural shine. It lathers well, has a lovely scent, and leaves a long-lasting clean feeling. If you spend a lot of time in the sun or your hair is a bit damaged, I think it's worth trying.
