Echinacea With Goldenseal Root, 250 Capsules

I have Swanson's Echinacea, and I take it for 2 weeks and then take 2 weeks off, and I don't catch colds and I stay healthy. I don't want to catch a cold. I bought this Echinacea with hydrastis root because it was about half the price. It seems to be a popular supplement in the US. It may have a stronger tonic effect than echinacea alone. The capsule size is the same as echinacea. I'm going to try taking it every 2 weeks during the winter. I looked up the effects of hydrastis. In the US today, it is used as a health food for disinfection, hemostatic, diuretic, laxative, tonic, etc. (not available in Japan). As a medicine, it was once used as a uterine hemostatic and menstrual pain reliever, and is now used as an ingredient in eyewashes and tonics.

Have been looking for this outside of sprouts as their prices keep going up. Great replacement.
