I’m having so much fun experimenting with flavoring my Ice Milk Boulders! I added this Lemon Flavoring to a fresh raspberry mixture that also contained vegan ingredients including Rice Dream Organic Rice Milk, almond oil, Wholesome Organic Sugar, Inka Flake Salt and Organic Powdered Sugar. A little organic all purpose flour adds a creamy texture too. After freezing for a few hours I have a delicious, refreshing berry confection with a pleasing ,tart sublime ,fresh lemon kiss! What a great price for a quality natural product that brings a gourmet touch!

I am a fine chef and i been using this flavour in cooking for some time now and i can tell you it’s a fine high quality product it gives a really good lemon smell and slight taste that you cant taste on small amounts which make it good to use in any desserts or like how i use it mostly in breakfasts , has no bitrness that you may get from the zest in lemon or even lemô juice which makes it a perfect product for all uses in the kitchens of any master chef , i would buy again and again

The quality of this lemon flavor is excellent. The size is compact, but the 2 fl oz bottle lasts a long time because the ingredient is very concentrated. I love the organic composition and the clean package. It provides a great benefit for my recipes, adding a bright and natural taste. It’s just average composition, nothing special, flavor is not bright enough for my taste, it’s not even noticeable in baking cakes. It’s not artificial scent either but still something missing here. In my opinion quality must to be improved same as size of bottle and price.

It's hard to get flavour extracts where we live, and this one does the trick. It's a little expensive for what it is, but one bottle does last for a good long time. Even if you're using lemon in a recipe, this boosts the lemoniness of it right out of the ballpark.
