It's a working remedy, but it takes time. Don't eat it right away. It breaks down protein, but not fat, of course.
I mix it with water and drink it after meals to help with digestion.
Processed papaya products are often very bland, but this one is good because it retains the characteristic sweetness of papaya. You can easily recreate the papaya milk you used to drink at Taiwanese night markets right at home. The downside is that it doesn't dissolve well.
