Great quality and a great value. I try to incorporate gelatin in my daily diet (along with collagen) and the quality of my hair, skin and nails has greatly improved. I love making gelatin gummies with this, as well as adding some gelatin to my tea/coffee or sauces while cooking to thicken them. Grass fed is important when it comes to gelatin as heavy metals tend to accumulate in the bones, so grass fed is the way to go. Will definitely repurchase!

Smells better than another brand. It is finer than another brand so it clumps easier in cold water but it also dissolves easier once it has clumped than another brand. Just add a little heat. Tastes good. I’ll buy whichever is on sale. I like the little 5g scoop it comes with.

Gelatin is rich in protein, so I add this to bone broth & soup stews as a thickener. Good that this gelatin is from grass-fed/pasture raised cows . But if the broth is not hot enough, the powder tends to clump together. Powder has to be added in small increments to avoid clumping.

Beef Gelatin from micro ingredients really helped me heal gastritis. Good price for a big package. It is good quality. And wery easy to use, just add to cold water and drink throughout the day and before main meals.

This product is great. Used to mix with water before going to sleep so it will be ready in the morning. However, most often it won’t mix and just leave the gelatin at the bottom of the glass.

Grassfed gelatin, ingredients seem to be good and the price is excellent.

There is no definite taste, only a mild savory background flavor which is barely detectable. This ingredient is great due to its protein concentration.
