Nice clean option for cooking. I had thought I'd use it as a supplement for my protein shake, but it's much better suited to add to broth or soups, and of course for any normal gelatin-using foods.

I bought it initially to drink in the morning on empty stomach but it is too concentrated and the taste is too strong for me.
