I got the variety pack to try all their flavors so I can choose my favorite. I prefer having electrolytes to those water flavor drop things because these are better for hydrating your body especially if you train regularly, especially now during the summer. I typically drink it before my workouts and mix it into 700mls of water, which is more than the recommended amount, but it's too sweet for me otherwise! Please note that because this is an electrolyte mix, it's sweet with a little bit of saltiness. But the taste is still great!

So good I’m already buying a 2nd box! I’m not a fan of the blueberry flavor but the rest taste amazing and are quite addicting. I like to add ice, a sliced lemon, and one pack of this electrolyte and it’s my morning treat.
