I've been taking these supplements for awhile now, one pill a day in the morning. For the first week or so, they made me a bit constipated. But now that my system has gotten used to them, most of my previous digestive issues have been nearly eliminated, which was a really nice surprise. The pills are softgels, and though they're fairly large, I haven't had any issues with swallowing them. I haven't noticed any unpleasant odor or taste. I haven’t had any issues with leaking pills or any other quality control issues. I highly recommend these, especially for digestive support.

I have chronic eye strain, and it doesn't help that I have to stare at a screen for 14-16 hrs a day. After a while, I start to get dizzy and nauseous from the eyestrain. It seems to be good quality and works for me so I'll keep taking them.

In addition to supplements like vitamin C, this has been an amazing supplement to take daily. I've felt better since I started taking it and plan to continue to use it as the effects of taking flaxseed are nothing but positive. I appreciate that it contains omega-3s so I don't have to take fish oils and get that icky aftertaste. Definitely a good buy.

I love these, they are easy to digest and don't leave an after taste. I have seen improvement in my digestive system and I am not as constipated any more. There are 60 pills in total and I feel like they will last me a while. They are soft gels and the quality is good. They came in a cute pill bottle and was packaged in a box to be shipped. they also don't have a fish scent thankfully

If you’re familiar with omegas and their benefit and impact on cholesterol and overall health, you should need no further searching than this product. The softgels are rather large, surprisingly at first based on the package they’re in, but that’s because they contain a decent amount of flaxseed oil. I would recommend.
