This is a delicious chewing candy! It has a refreshingly sweet and sour green apple flavor. It tastes like a cheap candy. I felt like I'd had something similar before, like imported sour paper candy or gummies. I bought it because the flavor was unusual for a protein bar and I was attracted by its low fat and calorie content, but I thought it was an interesting protein bar, as it was the first one I'd ever had like this. I usually incorporate protein bars as part of a meal, so this bar wouldn't replace a meal, and it's also expensive, so I probably won't buy it again. However, I think it's worth trying for people who usually eat protein bars as a snack, those who like refreshing flavors, or those who are tired of conventional bars.
