I get a cold sore, maybe, once every 2 years, but, after a few weeks on Red Marine Algae Plus I got a cold sore on my lip. Very interesting! Thank goodness I know how to interpret the meaning of this. It means that my body was expelling any vestige of herpes virus in my body. That is how powerful this supplement is. The cold sore went away the same day that it came out on my lip! I think I"m going to take the advise of others who have taken this Red Marine Algae, and take it regularly at 3/day.
