Vitamin D3 + K2, 60 Vegan Capsules

I really like the large dosage. I take one pill a day after lunch.

I started taking it recently. I feel noticeably better: less fatigue, my sleep has returned to normal. The capsules are convenient and the size is great, and there are no side effects. I recommend it, especially during the fall and winter. The dosage is 1 capsule per day.

I was happy to find a dosage of D3/K2 that matched my separate pill regimen. I know Dr. M has good quality and the price was more than reasonable. So far so good. I am hoping it is helping my dual issues of osteoporosis and heart disease. Time will only tell.

Vitamin D3 5,000 IU and vitamin K2 180 mcg is a very good combination. This dose is the best for me in winter.
