I tried a collagen drink containing eggshell membrane and it worked really well, so I thought taking it as a supplement might be more cost-effective and decided to give it a try. It doesn't have the same immediate effect as the drink, but it seems promising.
I bought and have been taking eggshell membranes because I heard they are good for knees and cartilage, but I'm still not entirely convinced. I guess I'll have to keep taking them to see if it works.
