I use and adore these Megrhythm steam masks for a very long time, they really help to relax and fall asleep, as well as to relax the muscles of the forehead and between the eyebrows. They work amazing. For those who can not stand any scents of masks at all, this is a great option without fragrance at all. It just warms up and doesn't smell. I can’t recommend applying thick layer of eye cream and sleep in such a mask afterwards - you'll get puffiness. It is better to either moisturize under the eyes, or apply a steam mask - choose one of this two options. Musthave! I will continue to buy many more times.

this is very interesting. i think everyone should try it. basically it releases slow heat and good for winter / when you overall just feel stress and have trouble letting go and going to sleep. i used it and enjoyed it but gifted the rest to my grandmother. it’s good quality , no scent and comfortable to wear all night long. and good on planes to avoid light . i personally prefer nothing on me so i don’t use this often but my mom enjoyed it and my grandma too, so just depends on person.

I have been using it often since I was in Japan and have been buying it often since I found out it is available at iHerb. Even on nights when you can't sleep well with a disposable eye mask that emits warm steam, this will help you sleep well until morning. It also helps relieve eye strain.

I just adore these masks. Use them when your eyes are dry or you have some head pain. The moist warmth is so refreshing and feels so good! It's also gentle, not too hot, very comfortable. I don't think they affect skin, so it doesn't matter if your skin is sensitive or not.
