I use and adore these Megrhythm steam masks for a very long time, they really help to relax and fall asleep, as well as to relax the muscles of the forehead and between the eyebrows. They work amazing. For those who can not stand any scents of masks at all, this is a great option without fragrance at all. It just warms up and doesn't smell. I can’t recommend applying thick layer of eye cream and sleep in such a mask afterwards - you'll get puffiness. It is better to either moisturize under the eyes, or apply a steam mask - choose one of this two options. Musthave! I will continue to buy many more times.

I have been using it often since I was in Japan and have been buying it often since I found out it is available at iHerb. Even on nights when you can't sleep well with a disposable eye mask that emits warm steam, this will help you sleep well until morning. It also helps relieve eye strain.

I just adore these masks. Use them when your eyes are dry or you have some head pain. The moist warmth is so refreshing and feels so good! It's also gentle, not too hot, very comfortable. I don't think they affect skin, so it doesn't matter if your skin is sensitive or not.

Love these heated eye masks - they're great for traveling, especially by plane, because you can throw a packet in your bag and use when needed. Once the package is torn open, it takes a minute or so for the heat to kick in. It's the perfect temp for over the eyes and creates a soothing "steam" sensation as well. I find the majority of the heat lasts about 20 minutes, but it continues to feel warm for quite some time after that - after using on my eyes I usually push it up onto my forehead for a while. The unscented versions are perfect for headaches/migraines or on public transport like the plane when you don't want to bother other people with fragrance. I can't say they're the most eco-friendly since they're single use, compared to a reusable rice pack etc. But they're fine for using once in a while travel or giving as gifts. My only complaint is that a 12-pack is about $8 USD in Japan, but they're $18 here on iherb so the price is quite jacked up.
