I like this brand for their quality. This is one of the best form of magnesium. I use it for my whole family, it helped me with eye muscle twitching and sleeping. I also like the package - it comes in a glass bottle. The taste is neutral. It’s written that it helped with hormones balancing, will see - can’t tell about this benefit for now.

Love Country Life brand. Always high quality. Used to be amber glass jars, now amber plastic. This magnesium is a good mix. The tablet is small and easy to swallow. Works quite well as a laxative if you happen to take too much :)
I like this brand Country Life Chelated Magnesium and buy it often. I think I prefer caps to hard pills to swallow, but other than that I continue to buy this brand for my magnesium citrate.
Turns out that magnesium oxide is not well absorbed. Only about 4% bioavailability. But what you see is Chelated Magnesium. So you need to dig around a bit to figure out what kind of mineral you're buying. As a result, not that much benefits for sleep, joints, and muscles as expected. Anyways, if you need its laxative properties, go for it
