This diet tea is very effective it taste so good. I love the smell. I love the taste it is effective. You will definitely go to the toilet the next day so make sure that if you have any important thing to do the following morning you are not taking it the night before because you’re going to be using the toilet. It also gives me abit of tummyache like I feel it in my tummy and I know I need the toilet so it’s quite strong for me. I think maybe when I drink it I have to use half the teabag or dilute it a lot because it’s very strong and effective on me as soon as I take it within 24 hours I feel my tummy I’m off to the🚽.

I enjoyed this product because I usually use Senna in pill form. Was my first time trying it as a tea. I soaked the tea bag for a long time and split the serving in 2 to be more frugal. Indeed, it does help with pushing that digestive system. I take lots of medication, so I get blocked up at times. I would definitely recommend it, especially since I found the taste pleasant, it gave a change to a pill and was soothing before bedtime

More likely, it was my personal reaction; however, even at the smallest dosage, very diluted, this tea caused me dizziness and a funny feeling. Be careful and start very slowly.
