I do believe it's overpriced. Though good for a glass bottle. It works in a very subtle way. I would not call it a strong remedy but rather as one for minor issues, such as with bloating. It has charcoal as one of the major ingredients which is very cheap to buy in the post-Soviet part of the world and also known there as a first help for any stomach disturbance. Capsules have no smell, no taste. Quite large.

They are very good when you have over indulged. I take 2-4 caps and the heaviness in the tum goes away! I still prefer just charcoal powder but it can be a bit messy so these caps are good with the added herbs for a change.Thank you iherb, appreciate your good service!

This supplement has been helpful to me. It doesn't just reduce gas, it also soothes my stomach. This soothing feeling has reduced my inexplicable appetite. I used to feel like I wanted more after a meal, and overeating caused gas, which was painful and yet still left me with a craving for food. I think it was a problem with my stomach function. Fennel seed is said to soothe the stomach. With my stomach feeling soothed, I felt mentally at ease as well. This is one of the few supplements I've purchased from iHerb that has definitely helped me. I highly recommend it to anyone with stomach issues.

This did help with my bloating, I always love Gaia products. This one has activated charcoal and fennel both ingredients are good for digestive system. Gaia herbs are so special, they used mostly good quality natural herbs and the most unique about their products are in liquid capsule. The only things is this bottle only has 50 capsules in it. I find it's slightly pricey for it. I wish this could have 60 capsule size bottle and at least it could last to one month supply! :)
