I took this (along with a few other supplements) to address my sun sensitivity. I freckle easily and have a hard time getting tan. To be perfectly honest I don't really know if it worked, and if it did, which product worked. I did like taking it, country life is a solid brand. I definitely prefer buying my products from iherb compared to the other soul crushing delivery machine that starts with an A and is named after a forest. Fast shipping and reliable communication.
It seems to be a good product. It is well rated.
Overall it's a good alternative with good ingredients, but ingredient Lutein is only 5 mg, it will be much better if it contains 10mg Lutein

I started taking these for my eye health, and I've noticed my vision feels less strained, especially after long days on the computer. The softgels are easy to swallow and I've had no digestive issues with them at all. I appreciate that it’s a broad-spectrum blend of different carotenoids, not just one. It's a simple addition to my routine that makes me feel proactive about my long-term wellness.
I take them in courses of 1–2 months twice a year, in autumn and spring. They absorb well when taken with a warm breakfast. My daughter even likes to chew them, but be careful — the orange-carrot color inside the capsule (if you open it) is hard to wash off.
My functional doctor recommended a carotenoid as an anti-oxidant, as well as a source for Vit A and leafy greens. The brand I got from him were pricey and after 2 rounds of it, I decided to try to find a brand on my own. I found this here and i'm pretty happy with it.
The potency of this vitamin is very good for people that have eye trouble or are older age. i've been taking this for years.And it really helps my eyes. It's difficult to find vitamin A and this many wonderful vitamin combinations and at this potency.
