I like the size of the pill. Small and easy to take. One of the reason I decided to take it was I read it B6, 25 mg taken twice a day stimulates the pancreas which aids in blood sugar stability. I am having some blood sugar issue and am trying different things in addition to diet to help stop the progression. In the week that I've been taking the B6, I've lost 4 pounds. Apparently, B6 also helps with weight loss as it helps with metabolism

Have been using these small capsules for a while now, and find they are easy to take, cause no upset to my stomach, and my bloods tests show good levels, so what's not to like. Delivery is quick from iHerb too. Wish there was more in each jar (only 30 per jar)

i recommend this if you have b6 deficiency as the p5p form of it the body can immediately use. the levels rise very quickly and i’m no longer dizzy. i take it together with another brand b12 and b9.

I've tried heaps of b6 brands in the form of p5p this one didn't really make a difference there's only one other b6 I normally order from iherb that ever made a difference I forgot the company but it's the red one. I also tried p5p from throne which was 40 mg and another one which was 100 mg both made me feel tired and crappy. I'll go back to my other one.

I would choose another option of this brand with pure p5p ingredient instead of a mixture of hydroxine and other b6 form. Other than that this brand is great with glass bottle and always have vegan product
