as a past cancer patient i use this for maintenance. It doesn't taste bad when I put it in a little water and hold it in my mouth for a while. I take it 3 days on and 2 days off for three months and then stop fir a month as recommended by a naturopath. the benefits I feel are no cancer return after 13 years. These are quality ingredients. the 4 ounce size lasts several months. good value.
The product itself is not bad, it's just that I've learnt through taking this (and trying graviola leaves after this) that graviola is not for me. In both liquid and leaf form (used to make tea) it gave me terrible headaches. I see, however, that it did a great job for others. I would urge others to proceed with caution when trying this for the first time. Try a small amount to start with (as I did) and not the full dose to ensure you have no adverse reactions to it.
Great quality. The ingredient composition is potent and benefits my health. I was concerned about the taste and I'm happy to report that it isn't too unpleasant. Superb supplement and the improvement in health is noticeable after the 3rd month.
