I am taking 1 capsule as energy supplement on alternate days as I am using other energy supplements, so far no hot flush or side effect and I do feel my weight is in control.

I have been taking 1 a day (generally late day) for a few years. Sometimes I take breaks from it. In general, I do feel it HAS helped reduce some hot flashes. I noticed it especially after was on a break from this when had a large increase in heat. Re-started and it helped. I do want to state another reason for increase/decrease in my heat is dietary (increased carbs, esp if processed/refined will cause increase). However life happens and that fluctuates. Overall, I appreciate a little help with this supplement, so I've repeat purchased.
