I received the order well ahead of schedule - 2 weeks before the earliest estimated arrival date. I have used the product 3 years ago and I felt very well. The only change that I noticed is that it had a natural mint smell back then, and now it smells like something chemical. I have not noticed any change in the effect though.
I got this to help me with SIBO, but the symptoms might have subsided from improving my gut flora. Ingredient quality seems good and these have a mild minty smell and taste and small size. When taken about 30 mins before a meal, they should benefit people who have certain digestion issues.

I’ve been using this for a week and I’m seeing a big difference. I feel less bloated less uncomfortable sizes great packages great good ingredients good quality a lot of benefits for people who struggled with stomach pain. It doesn’t taste like anything.
Good improvement at my digestion. Some taste of peppermint if you eat to less after taking a capsule. I think the dosage are a bit high and reduces it down to two capsules a day before a heavy meal. Nice supplement in diet who helps digesting food. Also good for IBS I have also reduced my weight since I started using peppermint capsules before meals. 🌞

I have been taking peppermint and oregano tea for my digestion for some time, since i travel a lot it was getting harder, testing this so see if i can get the same results with the oil instead. The capsule size pretty small, and smell very pepperminty. The quality seems great.
Great sized little pill that is easy to swallow. I love the peppermint taste. my husband takes for his gut problems and he really likes them and has noticed a difference with his digestion. I think it has helped me as well. So I would say that the ingredients are quality and doing what they are supposed to do! I will continue to buy these.
