Mixed Vitamin E, 268 mg (400 IU), 240 Softgels

Although I wish it were made without soy, I keep buying this because most Vit. E does have soy. I feel much better when taking it, and I'd rather have a tiny bit of soy than not have my vitamin E. The brand that has no soy is also much more expensive. This one is a great value and quality. I'm picky about my supplements. I won't take ones that have much "other ingredients".

After carefully comparing it with all the other options available at the time of my purchase, this one offered the best balance between price and the daily dosages recommended by scientific studies. The capsule size isn't an issue for me, and the product comes well-packaged. It should be taken with or after a meal containing fat for better absorption.

I liked this supplement and I trust the brand in general. Their ingredient is always of good quality and this particular size is a great value package! I believe the effect was positive – you can only tell in the long run. Taste was neutral so easy to take daily. Overall a good antioxidant!

I like the softgel size, quality of the brand and quantity of the package (180). But the main selling points for me are the reasonable price and the fact that it's a mixture of different types of vitamin E tocopherols, which increase the health effects.
