I bought this calcium for myself and my kid who is not a big fan of other sources of calcium (avoids dairy and greens). He is the half weight of an adult and I am giving him half of the adult dose. He is not super excited to take it due to a sour taste but it does have a pleasant strawberry flavour and overall, in my opinion, it is really good. I take it daily while researching better options. Will keep posting my reviews while I explore best products out there in the ocean of iherb variety.

I think it's a great supplement in a liquid form, which is supposedly easier absorbed. I think taste was ok, but it's not for everyone. It's a bit chalky and artificially tasting. My daughter couldn't take it because of the taste, but her friend loved it, so it's a hit and miss. All in all I think it's great support for your bones
