I bought this for my daughter who is highly allergic to several things, but cannot take Benedryl. She broke out in hives and terrible itching. She took stinging nettle and within minutes the hives were under control. The bottle size is just right for her to carry with her in emergencies.

This quality is top notch and I’ve bought a few brands these past few years but NOTHING compared to this nettle. This is sooo pure full of chlorophyll. I try we brands aren’t the same. This tells you the exact dosage of the nettle. Also the taste is sweet with a hint of earthy tone. Amazing product full of minerlas and beneficial for kids and adults. Also helps nervous system since it’s mineral rich and better than having the nettle tea for kids Since it has chlorophyll naturally it benefits in gently detoxing too

I don't dislike this, just that I've had stronger and more potent forms. I wouldn't buy this version again, but it was fine. Stinging Nettles can bring hurting plants back to life in my garden, so obviously they're good for human biology too. Great minerals and support for the liver as well. It's an important plant.
The taste is mild and easy to take, which is a plus. Since I’m still under trial, I haven’t noticed any significant effects yet. The packaging is convenient and straightforward. Overall, it feels decent, but I need more time before giving a full recommendation.
