The first product which my teenager is finally using on a daily basis! We've noticed the improvement in sleeping, better concentration as well, more energy for the daily activities!
It was good, but it was stopped using it as the availability of this supplement is so hard, when we are about to order its always out of stock. But the quality is good.
I’m quite impressed with the ingredient list. It’s hard to find a teen-specific vitamin that includes traditional supports like Dong Quai and Dandelion Root alongside the standard vitamins. The only thing to be aware of is a rather strong, unpleasant smell when you open the bottle. It’s that typical "earthy" or "potent" vitamin scent, likely due to the herbal extracts and B-complex. However, despite the smell, my daughter is perfectly fine with it. She hasn’t had any issues with the taste or any aftereffects, which is a big win. The tablets are a decent size, and the quality seems top-notch for the price. If you’re looking for a comprehensive supplement for a teenage girl and don't mind a little "vitamin aroma," this is a solid choice.

Just started taking this, no big changes yet. The formula looks excellent. Smell is quite strong, though no noticeable aftertaste.
I like this product, my daughter likes it too. The tablets are a little bit bigger than expected, but overall everything is fine, we will see if they work in some time.
