I recently started using Country Life Saw Palmetto with Pygeum, and I’m really impressed with the results! After a few weeks of consistent use, I’ve noticed some significant improvements in my overall well-being. One of the standout benefits for me has been the support it provides for my prostate health. I’ve felt more comfortable and less frequent urges to go to the bathroom, especially at night. This has made a big difference in my sleep quality, allowing me to rest better without those annoying interruptions. I also appreciate that this supplement combines both saw palmetto and pygeum, which work synergistically for optimal results. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have any unpleasant aftertaste. Plus, knowing that Country Life focuses on high-quality ingredients gives me peace of mind about what I’m taking. Overall, I feel more balanced and energized since starting this supplement. If you’re looking for a natural way to support your prostate health and improve your overall comfort, I highly recommend giving Country Life Saw Palmetto with Pygeum a try. It’s been a game changer for me!

I tend to switch between brands - so this time I went with this one. The units aren't to big and are easy to swallow.
It really works, two per day. Really good ingredients in a quality casing. Expensive, but worth it

Good quality and it helps. Have been ordering for years.
Good quality ingredients I’d say and size. I use saw palmetto along side pumpkin seed oil for the hair benefits. Consistency is definitely key. No taste. Quality packaging would definitely recommend. I always read reviews and other people’s experiences when buying products I feel like they help me a lot
