Source Naturals stands for great quality! There are no unnecessary ingredients, and the Magnesium is well absorbed because it is chelated. If I'm feeling stressed and have muscle tension, I notice relief almost right away upon drinking this. Make sure to mix it into hot water. It's a great before bedtime ritual and I sleep so deeply and even remember my dreams!

A good way to get magnesium in but I didn't love the taste of the berry. A little too artificial for me.

As a fibromyalgia patient, this magnesium product has helped me greatly. It reduces muscle pain from overstimulated nerves. I sleep much better and have better bowel movements after taking this each evening. Its dissolvability in hot water is superb, and I've not found any other magnesium powder drink nearly as easy to dissolve and drink.

High quality and perfect size for travelling. Would love a larger size for everyday use. Great taste even my my toddler even my toddler like it.

It arrives in a small container, like that it’s not bulky packaging. Quality seems fair, doesn’t seem to be high quality by any means. Taste is mild and is okay.
