MagO7®, Cleanse, 180 Capsules

I am a huge fan of Magnesium supplements - I've tried many forms of Mg. But MagO7 is something else. It gives an easy, natural flush of the bowels and can be used long-term. I tried increasing the capsules but found that 1 or up to 2 work best for me. This is my third tub of MagO7, and I'm already wondering how I have lived without it.

This works like a charm for constipation. The best thing is it is non-addicting and gentle. I usually only need 1 capsule if I am having difficulty. I would recommend starting slowly to see what works best. However, in my experience even if you overdo it, you still don't get horrible cramping and pain. Definitely something I'm never without in my medicine cabinet.

This product is a great resource for people who have sluggish gut issues or other challenges with gut motility due to injury or other life challenges. If you can't move things yourself, this works great! Also helps you rest your muscles and nervous system. Great taken before sleep. I would consider that the prime time so you can cleanse first thing when you wake up and not have to worry about other challenges during the day, cause' it works!!

I was recommended this product by my mother-in-law who has similar GI issues to myself. I was skeptical of this product because everything else I've tried hasn't really worked. This stuff WORKS- a little too well sometimes! Definitely start with the lowest dose and don't go straight off the recommended dosage on the bottle (3 capsules) because it works too well.

I began taking this product nightly a few months ago and have noticed a huge difference in my regularity. The directions indicate taking three capsules every night; however, I find that much too aggressive for daily use - as three capsules really cleans me out (I joke that I could have a colonoscopy after taking three capsules). I find that one per night for regularity, or two if I am having issues, is plenty for me. Highly recommend this product.

My 83 years old mother had acid reflux and constipation issues for a long time. We visited different doctor and specialist, including TCM. Non of these helped. Our last resort is a dietician. The dietician recommended as a supplement. Along with other supplements my mother's acid reflux and constipation issues are gone. She feels more energetic now.

love this product and the use is great so is the quality

This high quality package is my repeated purchase in which I bought the bigger size. The capsules are white in color. It has no taste but when I took it after a while, it has some "gurgling movement" that I can hear or feel which is fine for me. I supposed it is doing its job of clearing, cleansing and detoxing within my body. After the cleanse and detox, I feel the bodily benefits of less bloating-ness and feel lighter as a result.

Loved the reviews and feel good will try it soon. Especially that I need to go moe regular but I know that using it too much isn’t the best. So not daily
