The only supplement which worked for chronic constipation. I took powder this time, because the caps have unecessery fillers. I will stock up for months!
Works well, unflavoured if that is important to you. Make sure not to take too much if you are not used to it. Best when taken in the morning on an empty stomach.
MagO7 is a powerful product that works quickly and reliably for occasional constipation or cleansing. It really helps when digestion feels sluggish, and the quality is excellent — dissolves easily and tastes mild. However, I wouldn’t recommend using it long term, as it can irritate the stomach if taken too often. Great size for the price and very effective when used responsibly.
This product is a pure fine white powder that dissolves very quickly. My Gastroenterologist recommended this product to fix the bowel movement, is it is slow. It is working by the morning when you take it before bed. No side effects that I know of. The only reason I gave it 4 starts is the taste. I tried to mix it with teas, electrolytes, or water, but nothing convinced me enjoy it slowly seeping it. Just close your eyes, gulp it and be done!

It really works! Taste is neutral, dose can be easily adjusted. I feel really detoxed after taking it for a few days. The product does what it is intended for.

I have slow digestion and have had periods of severe constipation, especially after anaesthesia and chemo. I wish I knew about this a few years ago when traditional laxatives didn’t do anything and made me feel so unwell. This is gentle, I take half a teaspoon in water as required and the next day without fail…it works!!
this powder version of the mag O7 is a great supplement, but it is hard to measure the dosage every time, and also it does not have a pleasant taste and does not easily dissolve in water or liquids. It does the job and exactly the same formula as the capsules, I think those are definitely easier to dose and take
