Decent high dosage D3 but it should be taken together with K2. Most D3 supplements come with K2 but it's useful for people who need just the D3. The ingredients ts are ok, but I would prefer an alternative to rice oil, like olive oil or coconut oil. Small package and taste is fine. I take it daily, especially in winter to keep my immune system strong.

Small size easy to take, good amount per one pill, taking it every morning.

Before that, I took the higher dosage and it was very effective. I was able to lower the dosage and it has been a good support.

Great way to supplement if you are deficient in vitamin d . I can’t say I notice much of a difference when I take them or not but especially when I don’t spend much time in the early morning sun and get exposure, I take these. Can’t complain.
