I take this to get my omega 3 as a disease preventive. It is an alternative to fish oil for me as a vegetarian. iherb has good prices and fast delivery.

I bought this brand previously, but these capsules are huge. They don't even fit in my daily pill case. If you have trouble swallowing large pills, rethink this.

Just one at breakfast and one in the evening. Consistently taken everyday. The "crick" near my hip area is feeling better slowly, after finishing the first bottle. Vegan, non-GMO, and organic. The price is not bad for flax seed oil capsules either. The huge downside? They are HUGE. It is not a issue for me, I actually prefer it, but I know of many that would cringe just by looking at these.
