But since there seems to be no way around it, I can't rate this product low for taste. This one seems to be very balanced in terms of ingredients and nutritional value. Fulfills similar nutritional profile to many multivitamins. Ideally consumed in the morning with a light breakfast (like a banana or granola bar, for example). A bit of food helps to keep my stomach from feeling a bit funny after drinking a tall full glass of this stuff.

I've been using this protein powder for 10+ years and occasionally try something different, but always come back to it. It's been part of my routine for building strong healthy bones and muscle in my late 50's & 60's. Love the taste, absorption and gentle to my stomach, doesn't leave you feeling bloated or heavy. Before we were buying the greens only (no protein) and now decided to try this one. It still tastes good, and feels like a quality natural smoothie after mixing with water. I am glad to start my day with such a rich amount of plant ingredients which helps feel good and full for an hour or so, so we can workout in the morning without being hungry:)
