I have been taking these capsules for high cholesterol for approx 6 months. I had a blood test just recently and my cholesterol has come down significantly - great quality product. It has COQ10 included so no need for separate capsules for those. Very easy to take with limited or next to no side effects.

My doctor wanted to put me on a low-level statin but I was hesitant so she said I could try red yeast rice first. After six months of use my cholesterol was lowered! It was enough to get my numbers down but for very elevated numbers may not do the trick.
